The Elements Programme

This 10 week programme has been designed specially for women in midlife. 

For individuals who have problems with arthritis, back pain, muscular tension, joint pain, stress, osteoporosis, or for those looking to ease their menopause symtoms.

It's also the ideal place if you are completely new to Pilates and want to understand the basic foundations.

Includes recorded tutorial, 1-2-1 sessions, and optional group support sessions.

Beginners Pilates Zoom Class

A Wellness Pilates class for beginners focusing on fluid movement and mobility exercises. Simple exercises that are gentle on the joints allowing more flexibility and movement throughout your body. An ideal class is you have only done a little Pilates in the past. Resistance bands and light hand weights are sometimes used in this class.

Improvers Pilates Zoom Class

This class is ideal if you have been doing Pilates for a while and want to progress further. We will still cover some of the basics, but we will move the exercises on so you will be able to challenge yourself further. Resistance bands and light hand weights are sometimes used in this class.
