Improvers Pilates Session
You've done Pilates in the past, you know all the basic exercises, but you want a class to help maintain your movement, challenge you, all whilst strengthening and stretching your body. This is the class for you.
Beginners Pilates Session
An ideal class if you've done some Pilates in the past. We'll take you through some basic movements, and some a little more challenging. At least 6 months experience is recommended for this class.
