Beginners Health and Wellness class

Tuesday at 9.30am on Zoom

 

A Wellness Pilates class for beginners focusing on fluid movement and mobility exercises. Simple exercises that are gentle on the joints allowing more flexibility and movement throughout your body. An ideal class if you have only done a little Pilates in the past. Resistance bands and light hand weights are sometimes used in this class.

Improvers Keep on Moving Class

Friday at 9.30am on Zoom

 

This class is ideal if you have been doing Pilates for a while and want to progress further. We will still cover some of the basics, but we will move the exercises on so you will be able to challenge yourself further, with a stronger focus on strength and endurance. Resistance bands and light hand weights are sometimes used in this class.
